Neurophysio Hub is a specialised physiotherapy clinic delivering evidence-based care for adults with neurological and vestibular conditions. We offer a range of services, including in-clinic treatment, home visits, and telehealth consultations, tailored to meet the unique needs of every client.
Our mission is to improve quality of life through personalised, innovative, and evidence-based rehabilitation. We’re also committed to advancing the profession by supporting the next generation of physiotherapists through specialised training in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation.
Dr Ashraf Gerges, founder and lead physiotherapist, is a respected clinician and academic. He holds a PhD in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours from the University of South Australia. His research focuses on developing cutting-edge interventions to promote neuroplasticity and support recovery after stroke. Dr Ashraf speaks both Arabic and English and he understands how important it is to speak in your own language when it comes to your health.

We’re excited to welcome you to our modern practice at Health on Grange, located at 256 Grange Road in Flinders Park. Health on Grange provides a hub-style environment where a range of allied health professionals work together to deliver holistic care. For your convenience, telehealth and home visits are also available.
